Our services in the field of participant management involve the development and implementation of targeted, efficient solutions for events of all types. Customers and employees alike can self-register for events using our web-based registration system – thus avoiding the time-consuming, error-prone creation and maintenance of Excel spreadsheets. Another benefit is that the system enables you to keep constant track of how many participants have registered. You also enjoy the flexibility of deciding which steps in the registration process you wish agora to carry out.

It would be our pleasure to assume responsibility for participant management at your event – from concept design and the administration of hotel room allocations right through to post-event accounting.

PRE-EVENT PREPARATIONS
